I have totally re-written the JiBX Eclipse plugin which now features:

- JiBX 1.1.5
- Eclipse 3.3.x
- user specifies a bindings folder which contains binding files
- plugin will parse all bindings files and identify any bound java classes
- using Eclipse incremental compilation, the plugin will "rebind" upon
any change to a bound java file or JiBX binding file
- an Eclipse console is allocated to view see all of the JiBX output

I would like to make the code (and a binary) available to JiBX developers.
Please reply with guidance on releasing my code.
