I'm happy to have a go at this myself, but I'll need to talk to "the management" about contributing code to an open source project first. I can see that my time would be more profitably spent on this than trying to get Axis to perform... I can see vaguely how it would work, but what happens from an interop point of view? If I have a client using .NET, is the way you described of serializing the parameters to xml a standard across the two platforms, or is it defined by the WSDL?
