Hi,
it would seem that the problem is with the element SOAP:detail .
If I remove it - it works.

That"s probably the problem. The WS-I Basic Profile says the child
elements of SOAP:Fault must not be namespace-qualified, and I"ve tried
to follow the BP in all cases.
