It's strange that it would be only that one. You might want to enter
this in Jira so I'll take a look at it when I get back on JibxSoap.

That"s probably the problem. The WS-I Basic Profile says the child
elements of SOAP:Fault must not be namespace-qualified, and I"ve tried
to follow the BP in all cases.
