Arnaud Lenfant pointed out that the RC0 include handling is broken on
Windows (which also breaks the build, since some of the tests fail as a
result of this). I'll get that corrected this weekend and plan on a new
RC1 by the beginning of next week (Internet connections permitting),
since this is a pretty substantial feature. I'd appreciate it if as many
people as possible can try out the RC0 code in the meantime and enter
any problems found in Jira.
