The CVS code has this fixed, so if anyone wants to try out includes
please use that. Note that for Windows, if you want to use the funky
"A:" type absolute paths you'll need a leading "/" or "file:///" (either
form works okay, from what I remember in my testing). I'll note this in
the documentation.
