The JiBX 1.2.4 artifacts have been synced to maven central (again!).
Use version 1.2.4.5 in your pom files:
<dependency>
<groupId>org.jibx</groupId>
<artifactId>jibx-run</artifactId>
<version>1.2.4.5</version>
</dependency>
-and-
<plugin>
<groupId>org.jibx</groupId>
<artifactId>jibx-maven-plugin</artifactId>
<version>1.2.4.5</version>
...

I'm still confused about how a snapshot dependency could make it into maven
central. I've adjusted my release procedure so this won't happen again.
