I actually found the stale Dispatcher and cleaned it. It actually caused the
jifty startup failure, so I found that one quite quickly.
What I did not try though, is flush the whole source tree and pull from GIT
again.

I think this is because Jifty::Plugin::CompressedCSSandJS::Dispatcher is now
removed from the distribution ,and you have an old installed file under your
site lib.... try remove it and see if it works.
