Thanks to all. I think that I got it working. I still have to test, add unit
tests, and convenience wrappers to make the objects easier to use (e.g., add
rules for rpy2's conversion system) but I have updated the repos:
https://github.com/rpy2/rpy2-arrow
I guess the issue can be closed.
