[~christo_lolov] I think this is not needed for bugfix releases. I looked at
the following two PRs https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/12209 and
https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/12210 that add the tests for a feature
release. I could not see what would be needed to be done for a bugfix release.
Do you agree?
