We also have to update the UnifiedLog local-log deletion when the `remote.copy.disabled` is set to true. Once all the remote log segments are deleted, we should allow the local-log segments to be deleted based on the configured retention size/time and then move the log-start-offset instead of local-log-start-offset. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
