As the release manager for 3.9, I'm doing some JIRA cleanup. I marked this JIRA
as complete since the ZK migration story is ending in 3.9, and it's confusing
to have this still open, I think.
I moved KAFKA-16130, which is a JIRA about adding more test coverage, out of
this umbrella. If anyone wants to pick it up, please do so in the next 3 weeks,
since 3.9 will be your final chance to ship ZK migration tests.
