[~yangpoan] [~taijuwu] that is a common but incorrect order in 
KafkaConsumerTest. We had a discussion before (see KAFKA-17092) but I forgot 
that :)

I have filed https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-17456 to fix all of 
them after this jira gets resolved
