Hi @dajac, I fixed both `testGroupEpochBumpWhenNewStaticMemberJoins` and `testNewJoiningMemberTriggersNewTargetAssignment`. Originally, different `partitionRacks` triggers subscription metadata update which generates a new consumer group subscription metadata record.
