As we support to inject `ClusterInstance` to constructor, maybe we should
require the method must be static. It does not obvious limit to our tests for
now. Also, it can streamline the behavior to dynamically generate cluster
configs.
> I think it would be good to specify these restrictions in the javadoc and
give an example in a <pre> block.
Additionally, we can add a sample code :)
