Hi [~mimaison] , thanks for your feedback but I am confused why we need to move
dependency related DumpLogSegmentsTest first.
You are correct, DumpLogSegmentsTest depends on some core module but this
ticket just move DumpLogSegments, DumpLogSegmentsTest is not included so I
think we can move it first.
If I misunderstood something, please correct me, thanks!
