Add a wait for cleaner thread shutdown in `testCleanerThreadShutdown` to eliminate flakiness. After calling `cache.close()`, the test now uses `TestUtils.waitForCondition` to poll until the background “remote-log-index-cleaner” thread has fully exited before asserting that no cleaner threads remain.
