I'll take the remaining org.apache.kafka.streams.processor.internals.metrics
slice of this migration.
Created subtask KAFKA-20987 (Remove hamcrest from
org.apache.kafka.streams.processor.internals.metrics package). This is not
covered by KAFKA-20963 (processor top-level only) or KAFKA-20965
(state.internals.metrics).
