1. Updated readUnsignedVarint(ByteBuffer) and readUnsignedVarint(InputStream) to validate the unused bits in the final byte. 2. For the 5th byte of a varint, the value is now rejected unless it falls within 0x00–0x0F. Previously, only the continuation bit (0x80) was checked. Testing Added testInvalidVarintUnusedBitsSet and testInvalidVarlongUnusedBitsSet to ByteUtilsTest.
