Give each invocation of `JoinStoreIntegrationTest` a unique application ID
to avoid waiting for consumer group members left by the previous invocation to
expire.
Create a fresh Streams configuration for each invocation to prevent the
headers store format setting from leaking between parameterized cases. Derive
the expected changelog topic names from the generated application ID.
### Testing
All four parameterized cases passed.

### Performance
Compared both versions with two alternating runs each on the same local
machine.
JUnit suite durations exclude Gradle compilation time.

Before | 95.199 s | 95.388 s | 95.294 s
After | 7.403 s | 7.540 s | 7.472 s
Average test duration decreased by approximately 92.2%. The second
parameterized invocation of each test decreased from approximately 45 seconds
to 1.2 seconds.
