Looked into folding it into `sourceRawRecordTopologyTestCases()`, but the
aggregate cases there use `groupBy((key, value) -> ...)` which forces an
internal repartition topic. Repartition sinks produce with `record.headers()`,
so a header-removing serde strips headers before the repartition topic, leaving
the downstream aggregate subtopology with empty raw headers. Testing that
`sourceRawHeaders` survives cache eviction requires a non-repartitioning
topology (`groupByKey`), so keeping
`shouldExposeOriginalHeadersAfterCachedProcessingError` dedicated is necessary.
