Follow up on #23589 by moving seven additional cluster setup, lifecycle, and
controller tests from `KRaftClusterTest` to `KafkaClusterTestKitTest`.
Preserve existing assertions and parameterized coverage, move the dedicated
helpers, and add the `server-common` test-fixture dependency required by the
advertised listener tests.
Test:
All 26 tests in `KafkaClusterTestKitTest` passed.
