The console consumer has formatters for the offset commit, classic group and share group records stored in `__consumer_offsets`, but none for the records written by groups using the consumer protocol. Hence, there is no way to inspect them with `kafka-console-consumer.sh`. This patch adds `ConsumerGroupMessageFormatter`, which formats all the `ConsumerGroup*` record types, including the deprecated `ConsumerGroupPartitionMetadata` record which may still be present in logs written by older versions.
