Fixeds KAFKA-21220. Closing a dynamic consumer with `REMAIN_IN_GROUP` after the poll timer expires can attempt an invalid `LEAVING → PREPARE_LEAVING` transition, leaving the close future incomplete. The Streams group has a similar issue tracked in KAFKA-21219. This change aligns the consumer group's leave-heartbeat handling with the Streams group approach while keeping membership-state checks independent of heartbeat suppression. For dynamic members using `REMAIN_IN_GROUP`, skip the leave heartbeat, transition to `UNSUBSCRIBED`, and complete the close future without logging a misleading warning.
