This collects cherry-picks from trunk to 4.3, opened to run CI on them together. The commits will be pushed to 4.3 individually rather than merged through this PR, so that each keeps its own commit and cherry-pick reference. They are the follow-up to KAFKA-20673 that leaves a call in the AdminClient's pending queue instead of re-running the leader lookup while the client is closing, KAFKA-20735, which avoids a spurious warning when a state manager without registered stores is closed, and a javadoc fix in CoordinatorResult together with stronger streams delay-timer tests.
