Thank you. I checked all callers to deleteTopic and cleaned up the two that
no longer needed the throw clause.
`MetricsDuringTopicCreationDeletionTest#createAndDeleteTopics` and
`DeleteTopicTest#testDeleteTopicWithAllAliveReplicas)`
