- Introduce nearest.offset.reset option on the Consumer, which will only be used on OffsetOutOfRangeException. On enable, the offset will be reset to the earliest if out-of-range offset is not higher than the earliest offset, otherwise it will be reset to the latest offset. *Summary of testing strategy (including rationale) for the feature or bug fix.
