Admin Center: Default home page for user does not work

This is not possible to select any more a default home page for a user. As soon
as the page selected in the new page picker, this refreshes the back-end page
back to the admin center main screen (and to the default site and not the
current one). If you come back to the right site and to your user selection, no
home page was assigned to him.
Moreover, it would be really great to try to refactor a bit the HTML of the
home page selection just in order to make something usable by an end-user the
time we switch all these UI to GXT components.
