Switch from Server to Site folder in the Admin Center is sometimes broken

Sometimes this is not possible any more to switch from the site Settings to the
Server Settings. I do not exactly when this bugs occurs. I could not found a
reproducable scenario yet. Certainly a variable in the session or something
like that which is badly reintiatilized. The HTML looks like valid. I will try
to check for a reproducable scenario. Menawhile perhaps you know the reason....
