The current JSP available in order to select a new default home page for the
current user is awful. I think we can fully remove it and let the user directly
select a possible page (or reinit the value to no home page) with a site
picker. The option to link to another home page redirection will be suppressed
from Andromeda, so such a screen makes no sense any more.
