Some tables in the DB are not prefixed with jahia

Some tables in the DB are not prefixed with Jahia. So ok for the JR ones. But
what about the "clipper"; "configuration", "filter"; "filter_key",
"possiblevalue", "query_param", "SQL_clip_config", "url" or "user_param"?
Could we prefix them (with ClipBuilder if this is related to the Clip Builder)
or with Jahia if they are related to Jahia?
