Lock: could we display locks for the current user (even if he can bypass them)?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: JAHIA-3861
                 URL: http://www.jahia.net/jira/browse/JAHIA-3861
Project: Jahia Web Content Management Server (WCMS)
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Locks
    Affects Versions: WCM 6.0 (Andromeda)
         Environment: 23481
            Reporter: Stephane Croisier
            Assignee: Cédric Mailleux
             Fix For: WCM 6.0 (Andromeda)

This is always quite difficult to detect lock issues (bad lock removal) because
the current user does not see its own locks. The goal was to prevent a user to
lock an engine and then to be unable to steal its own locks. So there was some
tacit lock stealing.

However, even if I think we should keep this behaviour (a user can not lock
himself), it would be great to display existing locks (even put by himself) in
the action menu. Of course the action menu would open in write mode. But this
would ease tests of bad locks release and let us immediately see that some
locks freeing are perhaps broken. This is harder to tests all user interactions
with two logued users.
