Ben, It seems that the Dynamic Playlists plugin is the culprit. I've got the latest version installed.
A couple of things cropped up while I was disabling plugins - If I disable a plugin from the settings page and it needs a restart to take effect then the dialog box is not sized correctly. I disabled custom browse then deleted it and reinstalled it again. But presumably because it was disabled, it did not appear in the extras settings page so it could be renabled. I had to change it in the state.prefs to get it working again.
