After not using the Jive for a few days, I picked it up to see a message saying that new firmware was available. The only option is download update - the home and back buttons don't do anything. If I select download update, I go to a new screen with the little cirle going around, but it never progresses past 0%. My network is fine, SB3 and laptop working OK.
Restarting by removing the battery takes me back to the same state, as does restarting with the + or volume up held down. The firmware was reasonably up to date - probably updated last a week ago.
