Exactly like favorites. Assuming you are editing favorites. 1. Create new folder 2. Click on new Folder 3. You should get "new entry" "new folder" buttong and an empty list. Look at the bread crum trail to confirm you are in the nw folder.
You can "move" items between levels by deleting an entry (a song, a internet radio, a folder). You shoudlk then see a straneg entry somehting like "[insert deleted item]". If you navigate to the desired folder and then click on the "[insert deleted item]" then delete entry will be pasted into the current folder.
