Hi Waldy Looks like the wireless card got loose as this is the only part I can think of that rattles.
If it is in fact the wireless card then upon power up you should see two purple blinks. See here: http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.cgi?SBRFrontButtonAndLED If you feel safe about it you can open up Receiver (screws are under the rubber) and re-attach the wireless card.
