Please try upgrading to the latest 7.0.1 beta SqueezeCenter, the album art should load much quicker now but you need to make sure you are running the latest versions of both SC and the Controller firmware. I am not sure the SC nightlies are building at the moment. You may need to check back later for the upgrade.
