Ben: I think the easiest way to reproduce this is with a library with
lots of artists, albums, tracks in the suspect genre. And, I don't
think you'd need the library, per se, but rather the MySQL db. I've
zipped up my MySQL data. It weighs in at around 31 megabytes. I think
that that might be too large of an attachment to attach to bug 7229.
Instead, I've posted the zip file to:

http://www.hegardtfoundation.org/slimstuff/MySQL.zip

Assuming that your SC is on some linux variant, stop SC (and mysqld)
and rename the
/var/lib/squeezecenter/cache/MySQL/
folder to /var/lib/squeezecenter/cache/MySQL/.not or something.

Unzip the zipfile cited above in / (the zip includes full paths) and
then fixup the permissions:

chown -R squeezecenter:squeezecenter /var/lib/squeezecenter/cache/

Then, restart squeezecenter. It ought to now look like you have my
library on your machine. You won't be able to play any of the audio,
obviously, but browsing the library and querying against the db
shouldn't be affected by that.

Then, boot up your SBC and see how it handles browsing into any of the
genres. Most of them are large enough so that the SBC fails to get the
data and looses connection.
