Yesterday I was 'forced' to use squeezecenter testing (7.1.) because my
debian/etch server had perl 5.10 installed. It just installed
flawlessly. Today my squeezebox wanted a new update. While updating I
started vlc on my pc. When the squeezebox was ready updating it
recognized a new player (saw something like vlc... flashing by) and
wanted to start a new update. I had no choice but let the SB do that.
After that the SB looked to be trapped in a infinite update-loop. But
after a while my pc suddenly started playing while I was doing the
dishes in the kitchen. This is a real weared experience. I didn't even
consider this possiblity and out of the blue this feature is working.
And it is ... great ! It probably will make me stop considering a
second SB. My webserver in the kitchen cupboard is underemployed, has a
sound card and doesn't mind streaming music while I am doing the dishes.
Thanks developers. But eh .... , please leave my pc's alone from now on
without noticing me.

Gr, Rik
