When I type ipconfig /all on my windows pc I get this

IP-adresse . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.55
Subnet mask. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Standardgateway. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
DHCP-server. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
DNS-servere. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 194.239.134.83
193.162.153.164

As you can see my dns server has different ip-addresses from my
standard gateway. And because I am not running my own dns-server the
ip-addresses is outside my local network.

Now the default gateway and the DHCP server is probably correct. But I
don't think that your dns servers is. Could you ask your ISP if they
are?
