Should support any custom item type, you will just have to configure the item with the top level key a formatting string and optionally also a specific sub item. If you don't specify a specific sub item it will (switch/scroll/list) through all available sub items within the specified top level key.
Is there also a need for sdtmiscicon or are images only relevant for the "stocks" section (which have a specific sdtstockicon item type already) ? The code on my side is starting to feel fairly finished and ready for release unless there is something else we also want to add.
