between Kevin and myself below:

James,

I would like to have a vote for giving James Boutcher
committer status. I have seen his code and it looks
good. My vote (Kevin): +1.

Since both Mike and I are unavailable, it is critical
that we get another committer (as well as a Release
Manager).

James has submitted patches but committers (including
myself) have been unable to find the time to check in
and test the patches. Sorry about that.

My absense is for good (personal) reasons. I will be
back at the end of February. Unfortunate, but
necessary.

Thanks,
Kevin Hammond
