In using JMeter today, I've noted a couple inconvenient bugs that I've
fixed:

1. both UrlConfig and MultipartUrlConfig share the same class label, which
cause intermittent problems when JMeter decides (randomly) to go with
MultipartUrlConfig for the HTTP Request Defaults. I changed
MultipartUrlConfig, and now it's fine.
2. Minor improvement to the HTML link parser. If you want to send duplicate
arguments with different values, you'll need this update.

Additionally, there's the issue that Jim and Neth noted, which I will
address tonight, unless Neth does it first :-)
