[VOTE] JMeter distribution packaging

Hi.

I've been playing with build.xml and the Gump configuration files. Looks like we'll shortly have useable nightly builds.

In the process, I've rearranged the way jmeter is packed, with two intents:
1/ Trying to be more consistent with how other jakarta projects do it. This mainly implies changing the tar/zip file name to jakarta-jmeter (instead of ApacheJMeter).
2/ Exploring the possibility of separating source from binary.

I believe these changes (mainly the 2nd one) are too important to be done without formal voting, so here it is:

VOTE: Rename the distribution files from ApacheJMeter.* to jakarta-jmeter.*

VOTE: Put only binaries (the bare minimum needed to run JMeter) into the binary distribution file.
