no. for the moment, the policy is that only official releases are mirrored.
 (it is difficult to safely mirror builds which are generated nightly.)

if you can make a good case for making these releases available through the mirrors (and post it here ;) i will pass it on to infrastructure.

(as i promised earlier) i've signed and summed the 1.9.1 distributables and uploaded them into the mirrored directories. (hopefully they'll be synched soon.) i've updated the main jakarta distribution website to link to the new mirrored distribution directories. i've attached a patch which (i think) should update the relevant sections of the website.
all future releases must be added to the mirrored directory or risk being veto'd. if there are any questions, i'm subscribed to this list so i'll be able to answer - or at least know someone who can.
