CSVRead function works fine for only one thread (20040209 build)

I think it's something to do with the fact that only the first line of the CSV 
file is valid. When the second thread comes to read the file, I think it will 
be given the next free line, which is empty.

Try creating the file with only one line in it (and no comments), and the test 
should work - it did for me.
