No - if the user picks up a nightly build, they get the updated manual as
part of the binary jar.
The documents need to reflwct the current release.

However, it might perhaps be worthwhile putting a copy of the latest
documents online *as well as* the current release.

Could add this to any of our home directories if we don't want to add it to
the Jmeter site.
