Having a PDF version of the documentation is a good idea.
If it's not too difficult, we should probably do that anyway.

As to having the manual on the Wiki, I think there is a danger that
unwanted content could creep in (wiki vandalism etc). Although e-mails
are generated when pages are updated, there's no effective control of
the contents.

So long as the user manual is left on the Wiki, and not distributed
with JMeter as an ASF product, that probably does not matter. But it
does matter for items that are released by the ASF.

Sorry, but I'm -1 on moving the manual to the Wiki.
