I've actually begun work on this. I have succesfully been able to
upload an FTP file, although I have some issues in my interaction with
the JMeter system. Namely, the test seems to run forever, and the new
interface elements I added to the FTP Sampler don't properly save and
load from the .jmx file. I'm looking into these.
I'll create a Bugzilla enhancement request and seek the approval of my
employer to contribute my own code for review.
