All,
I am completely new to jmeter and am having real trouble getting it up and
running. Having had some joy with a previous version, I downloaded
1.6Alpha. However whenever I generate even a simple tree I get a
NullPointerException in the console. This points to the
org.apache.jmeter.threads.jmeterthreads.getSampler method. I cannot get
anything to run at all. in line with the requirements on the web site I
have all the required components and some of the optional ones but still no
joy. The jmeter window opens and I can create my tree (as I mentionned I am
new to this so Icould be creating the tree incorrectly) but when I run, the
console displays the error and nothing else happens. any help would be much
appreciated.
